OTTOVILLE — The #6 seeded St. John’s Lady Jays (4-11-2) saw their season come to a close Monday evening, falling 3-0 to the top-seeded Coldwater Lady Cavaliers (13-3-2) in a Division V District Semifinal at Bob Kaple Track and Field Stadium in Ottoville.
DELPHOS — Lilly Grothaus and Aubrey Metzger were recognized among the league’s best this week, earning All-WOSL First Team honors as the St. John’s Lady Jays were well represented in the league’s postseason awards.
DELPHOS — The four seniors on the St. John’s girls soccer team were honored Thursday night, but the Lady Jays couldn’t cap the night with a win, falling 4–0 to visiting Allen East on the Champions Field turf at Stadium Park.
FORT JENNINGS — Fort Jennings (4-8-1) hosted St. John’s (4-9-2) in girls soccer action on a sunny, warm and humid Saturday morning at the Musketeer Outdoor Athletic Complex.
SPENCERVILLE — The St. John’s Lady Jays (2-5-2) traveled to Spencerville on Thursday evening for a Western Ohio Soccer League (WOSL) matchup with the Lady Bearcats (0-5-3). Both teams traded chances throughout the night, and after 80 minutes of competitive action, the scoreboard showed no separation as the contest ended in a 2-2 draw.
CONVOY — The St. John’s Lady Jays bounced back with a 4-1 victory over the Crestview Lady Knights on Tuesday evening, improving to 1-1 on the season.
DELPHOS — The annual Battle of Delphos between Jefferson and St. John’s is always a matchup filled with pride and tradition, and this year’s edition kicked off the 2025 girls soccer season in dramatic fashion.
