Local man begins the ripples of change
Bradley Gasser may have grown up in Ottoville, but he traversed the continent with stops along the way in Bowling Green and California before crossing the ocean to serve in the Peace Corps in Cameroon in 2016 and on to Tujenge Africa Foundation in Burundi, Africa, in 2018.
