The Downtown Delphos Farmers Market on Thursday from 4-6 p.m. at The Lot, corner of Fourth and Main is a Special Market Day in August tagged as “Read. Set. Market” promoting youth literacy. The Delphos Public Library will supply youth activities and a storybook hunt through the Market ending at The Johnny Appleseed B.E.E.T.L.E for a prize and to visit some “hoppy friends.”The vendors look forward to seeing you showcasing their handcrafted, fresh baked, home grown and local goods. Don’t forget, Thursday is also the last Downtown Business Block Party of the Summer with the “Back to Books Bash.” Take a stroll Downtown before or after the Market for an array of school supply give-aways, raffles, sales and promotions hosted by local businesses.
