Lillyanna Stemen, 2, of Lima, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024. She was born October 13, 2021, in Lima, to Nicholas Stemen and Sarah Vogt. She is survived by her loving parents; sisters, Madilynn Schmidt and Autumn Catlin; and many others in her extended family. Lillyanna was known to her family and friends as a loving, smart, outgoing, bubbly, and energetic little girl. She was a source of joy to them. Lillyanna never knew a stranger and was kind to anyone she came into contact with kissing boo-boos and healing everyone with her hugs and kisses. Some of her favorite activities were coloring, car rides, shopping, listening to music, singing, playing with PawPaw going for walks with him, and making sure everybody knew that she loved them. Lillyanna spoke very well and knew her colors, shapes, and ABCs. Snacks were a favorite part of her day especially, goldfish crackers and grapes. She loved playing in the park on the swings and slides. She loved her “Moo Moo” cows, dinosaurs, sharks, and all of nature. No one could say no to her or turn her down to play because she would give them “that look”. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on October 1, 2024, and 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral on Wednesday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
