TROY — Several local athletes delivered standout performances at the Division III Regional Track Meet in Troy on Wednesday and Friday, but none more historic than Ottoville’s Garrett Trentman. The senior won the 300 meter hurdles with a blazing time of 38.31 — setting both a new Ottoville school record and a Southwest Regional record.
