OTTOVILLE — The Ottoville Lady Green girls basketball program has long been a powerhouse in Northwest Ohio. That tradition of excellence began under Hall of Fame coach Dave Kleman, who amassed 532 wins over 27 seasons, and it has continued seamlessly under current head coach Vaughn Horstman.
