ODOT promotes literacy at northwest Ohio rest areas

Children and their families can read a Dolly Parton Imagination Library book along a trail when they visit the Welcome Center in Wood County on I-75 southbound, and rest areas in Wyandot County on U.S.

Land lease termination dates

On the Farm and In the Garden This article is a reminder for those with farmland leases that September 1 is just around the corner. Many acres of land in Putnam County are leased each year to grow a variety of crops. If you are involved in a lease agreement, does your document have an established date or method for termination? If your answer is “no”, then be advised that Ohio law requires landlords who want to terminate farm crop leases to do so in writing by September 1.
