Council considering 5.2% CPI increase on water and sewer
DELPHOS – Delphos residents could see a 5.2% CPI increase in their water and sewer bills starting in May. City council heard the CPI increase ordinance on first reading Monday evening.

DELPHOS — On Jan. 26, officers were sent to the 1100 block of North Main Street for a possible physical disturbance. Officers spoke with all parties at that time and left the scene. Officers were called back to the area approximately four hours later for an on-going disturbance. During the investigation of that call, officers found probable cause to arrest a female, 26-year-old Ladonna Monfort, of Delphos, for making threats to a family member.
