Machines to be replaced at the Brumback

VAN WERT—The Brumback Board voted to switch out their old machines during last Thursday’s meeting. The library currently has eight printers— seven small and one large copier- printer in the Administration office.

Senior center to host vaccine clinic Oct. 16

DELPHOS — The Allen County Health Department will be hosting a vaccine clinic here at Delphos Senior Citizens Center on Wednesday, Oct. 16 from 1-3 pm. They will have flu, COVID, pneumonia and RSV vaccines available. Be sure to bring your insurance card. This vaccine clinic will be open to everyone in our community, regardless of age.

A Christmas Carol: casting call

VAN WERT — The Van Wert Civic Theatre is seeking talented actors of all ages to be part of its upcoming production of A Christmas Carol by John Jakes. This heartwarming adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic tale will feature a unique twist, with Dickens himself narrating the story and sharing personal insights.

Houser appears in court for pretrial

VAN WERT—Murder suspect Ryan Houser made an appearance in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court Monday morning. Houser is charged with Aggravated Murder, Murder, Tampering with Evidence, and Having Weapons Under Disability in connection with the September 4, 2023 death of Barbara Ganger.
