David Wayne Maxwell, I, left his earthly home and entered the Kingdom on Sept. 22, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at Harter & Schier Funeral Home, Delphos. Friday Sept. 27th, 2024. Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. with the service at noon. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hospice of Putnam County or RAISE Encounters Church.
