HELEN K. SADLER

 Helen K. Sadler, 81, of Delphos, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Kindred Hospital, Lima, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family. Helen was born on September 12, 1944, in Delphos, Ohio, to Aloysius “Ollie” and Frances “Dottie” (Clement) Grothaus, and they preceded her in death.
 On October 14, 1967, she married James R. “Jim” Sadler, and he passed away on April 12, 2015. Helen is survived by her family, a daughter Jamie (Ben) Rahrig of Delphos; two granddaughters, Rileigh Rahrig (Seth Estle) and Avery Rahrig (Cody Bailey); she is survived by her siblings, Ronald (Mary) Grothaus of Toledo, Mary Alice Wagler of Ottawa, and Dorothy (Paul, dec’d) Hiegel of Holgate and her cat, Sammy.
 Helen was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She was a graduate of Delphos St. John’s High School. She had been employed while in high school at Gressel’s until they closed; she was later employed at New Delphos Manufacturing for many years; and she retired from St. Rita’s Medical Center in the Housekeeping Department.
 Helen loved doing puzzles, and she baked lots of cookies for her loved ones throughout her lifetime. She loved visiting her neighbors, but her ultimate joy revolved around her granddaughters, being there for them at their dance recitals from a very young age through their high school days. She was for sure their Number One Fan! Helen was a very selfless person, putting everyone before herself. She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
 Funeral Mass will be Monday, September 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
 Family and friends may call on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth Street, Delphos. Memorial contributions can be made to the Donor’s Choice.
