COLDWATER — More than 490 runners competed Saturday morning at the Coldwater Lions Invitational, with 277 boys and 213 girls representing schools across the region. Versailles swept the top two spots to take the boys race, while Liberty Center claimed the girls team crown.
DELPHOS — Lima Central Catholic (7-0) remained unbeaten on the season Friday night, defeating Jefferson (1-6) 41-7 at Champions Field on Homecoming night.
COLDWATER — Coldwater (5-2) continued its winning ways Friday night, defeating St. John’s (0-7) by a 42-7 margin in a Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC) matchup.
OTTOVILLE — There was a tournament-like atmosphere at Bob Kaple Track and Field Stadium as two traditional boys soccer powers, host Ottoville and Kalida, battled in their version of Friday Night Lights.
