Members of the Delphos Senior Citizens are enjoying chair volleyball each Thursday at 10 a.m.Exercise is held Monday through Friday at 10 am at the center. Mondays are an exercise video, Tuesdays are a review of the Matter of Balance exercises, Wednesdays are cardio-drumming, Thursdays are chair volleyball, and Fridays are chair dancing.
