DELPHOS — Hosting the Shawnee Indians (9-2) in a much-anticipated non-conference clash at “The Vatican,” St. John’s overcame an early 15-point deficit to secure a dramatic 57-54 victory, capped by Cameron Elwer’s clutch three-pointer with 15 seconds remaining.
DELPHOS — In a thrilling battle at “The Stage,” the Jefferson Wildcats (3-6) emerged victorious over the Celina Bulldogs (3-7) in a 51-49 overtime win on Saturday night, thanks to a stellar 30-point performance from Karder Agner. Agner’s clutch basket forced overtime, and his composure at the free-throw line sealed the game.
COLUMBUS GROVE — Despite a valiant effort led by Jarron Swick’s impressive 31-point performance, the Fort Jennings Musketeers saw their four-game winning streak come to an end in a high-scoring affair against Putnam County League (PCL) rival Columbus Grove on Saturday night.
OTTOVILLE — The Ottoville Lady Green (11-1) hosted the previously unbeaten Columbus Grove Lady Bulldogs (11-1) in a thrilling Putnam County League (PCL) matchup on Saturday afternoon at L.W. Heckman Gymnasium.
