Sewer cap damages vehicle PDF Print

A sewer cap damaged a vehicle Tuesday in Delphos.

According to police reports, Teresa Sensibaugh, 53, of Delphos, was traveling eastbound on East Second Street at the North Pierce Street intersection at 7:55 p.m. when her vehicle went over the sewer cap, it flipped and struck the driver’s side undercarriage of her vehicle causing the vehicle to spin out and come to a stop facing westbound in the opposite lane.

No one was injured and no citations were given.

At 10 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the 1200 block of South Bredeick Street to speak with the victim of a burglary at his residence. Officers met with the victim and found that someone had entered his residence and took a small amount of cash. The police department has a possible suspect and at this time, the burglary is under investigation by the Detective Bureau.

LIMA — The Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a three-vehicle injury crash that occurred on Reservoir Road at the intersection of Bryn Mawr Road. The crash occurred at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday.

At 4:33 p.m. Friday, officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East Sixth Street for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers met with both parties involved. After speaking with both parties, it was determined that the two would separate for the night until things calmed down.
