Delphos Optimist club past president Michael Friedrich was presented with the “President’s Citation” for Outstanding Optimist Club member 2011-12. During Friedrich’s presidency, he led the local group to honor club status. He was presented with the citation by last year’s Delphos Optimist club president Harry Flanagan.
