At 9:25 p.m. on Tuesday, Delphos Police were called to the 400 block of South Washington Street in reference to a suspicious person in that area. 
Upon officers’ arrival, they located Tyler Scheblo, 30 of Van Wert, at which time it was found that Scheblo was highly intoxicated,.

Scheblo was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication and was transported to the Allen County Jail. He will appear in Lima Municipal Court on the charge.
