At 8:41 a.m. Tuesday, Delphos Police went to the 300 block of North Jefferson Street in reference to a resident having an outstanding warrant. Upon officers arrival Bliss Paquette, age 23 of Delphos, was arrested on the warrant issued out of Putnam County for failing to appear in court on a traffic offense.
