The Village of Elida has issued a water boil advisory until further notice.
A water main break occurred today and because the water supply was shot off for an extended period of time, it is necessary for residents to boil water for drinking and cooking.
Notification of the when the advisory will be lifted will be done through the media and posted on the village’s website.
