At 6:44 p.m. on June 11, an accident occurred when the driver of a Dodge pick-up truck attempted to exit a parking lot while failing to see a second vehicle entering the same lot.
Andrew Berelsman, 29, of Delphos, was attempting to exit the Pizza Hut parking lot on East Fifth Street when Barbara Williams, 66, of Vaughnsville, turned to enter the parking lot. Berelsman failed to see Williams and struck her vehicle with his truck.
There were no injuries and minor to moderate damage to the vehicles.
Berelsman was cited for failure to yield the right of way when entering a public roadway.
