Francis K. “Kenny” Kill, 89, passed away peacefully on May 6 at Birchaven Village of Findlay, with his family by his side. He was born on Oct. 9, 1922, in Landeck to Albert N. and Theresa G. (Wallen) Kill, who preceded him in death. On May 21, 1949, he married Elizabeth “Betty” Weber of Delphos, who survives in Findlay. He was also preceded in death by his only brother, Arnold R. Kill. Mr. Kill was a 1940 graduate of Spencerville High School. He proudly served his country in World War II as a bombardier on a B24 Liberator. He founded “Kill Brake and Wheel” in 1975 and operated that business for over 25 years until his retirement at age 78. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on May 10, 2012 at Findlay St. Michael the Archangel Church (East). Interment was at St. Michael cemetery.
