A boy, Parker William, was born Dec. 4 at Blanchard Valley Health System to Whitney Best and Jacob Wright of Findlay.
He weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Larry Best of Delphos and James and Mary Wright of Toledo.
Great-grandparent is Darlene Best of Delphos.
