A boy, Lucas Michael, was born Nov. 16 at Community Hospital North, Indianapolis, to Steve and Marlene (Grothous) Schroeder.

He weighed 7.5 pounds and was 20 inches long.

He was welcomed home by sister, Kaitlyn.

Grandparents are Ken and Carol Grothous of Delphos and Mike and Beth Schroeder of Indianapolis.

Great Grandparents are Ruth Pohlman and the late Jerome Pohlman and George and Bertha Grothous
