Stephani and Louis Catlin of Spencerville and Dennis Bell of Lima announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Bell, to Kyle Kramer, son of Dan and Vicki Kramer of Delphos.

The couple will exchange vows on Dec. 31 at Spencerville Trinity United Methodist Church, with a reception at the Delphos K of C.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Spencerville High School and is employed by Chuffer’s Drive Thru.

Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Jefferson High School. He is employed by Tuttle Construction.
