On Monday at 11:50 p.m., Delphos Police came into contact with Joseph Clark, 39 of Spencerville at 11:50 p.m. Monday, at which time, Clark was arrested for an outstanding arrested warrant issued out of Allen County on charges of criminal trespassing. 
Clark was turned over to deputies from Allen County.
