Gary and the former Donna Jean Hemker were united in marriage on May 10, 1986, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the Rev. Bruce Farmer officiating.

They will celebrate with a family dinner.

They have three children, Amanda, Bryan and Stephanie.

Donna is employed at the Delphos Public Library.
