DEAR EDITOR: I recently received a tax form that I had been told was mailed from a Delphos location at the end of January. It took this piece of mail 4-5 weeks to leave a Delphos location and arrive at my home in Delphos. In notifying the Delphos Post Office, I was given the number for Consumer Affairs at 513-684-5794. The postal worker explained they do want people to call Consumer Affairs and complain. While I had Consumer Affairs on the phone, I also explained about mailing a check to a Lima location about 6 months ago that still has not been received by them. If you have problems with your mail, please call Consumer Affairs at 513-684-5794 and voice your complaint. Sincerely, Betty Shobe, Delphos
