The bride is the daughter of Michael and Cheryl Nicol of Fairborn. The groom is the son of Edward and Carol Odenweller of Delphos.
Nuptial music was provided by vocalist Jamie Grothaus and pianist Linda Schmidt.
Maid of honor was Michelle Nicol of Fairborn, sister of the bride. Matron of honor was Ashlea Samic of Fairborn, friend of the bride.
Bridesmaids included Jennifer Katterheinrich of Rochester Hills, Mich., cousin of the bride; Kate Rooney of Portland, Ore., friend of the bride; Justine Cooper of Fairborn, friend of the bride; Dilvi Patel of Cleveland, friend of the bride; Heidi Mack of Correy, Penn., friend of the bride; and Marie Mertz of Pickerington, sister of the groom.
Ring bearers were Vincent and Oden Mertz of Pickerington, nephews of the groom.
Jim Odenweller of Franklin, brother of the groom, was best man.
Ushers were Brad Schimmoeller of Columbus, cousin of the groom; Nick Yaeger of Boonton, N.J., friend of the groom; Brad Lindloff of Fort Wright, Ky., friend of the groom; Jeff Fischer of Columbus, friend of the groom; Kyle Liebrecht of Dayton, friend of the groom; Doug Hemker of Columbus, cousin of the groom; and Ralph Mertz of Pickerington, brother-in-law of the groom.
Grandparents of the bride are Joseph and Marjorie Gilliland and Frieda Nicol and the late Donald Nicol.
Grandparents of the groom are James and Margaret Schimmoeller and the late Tom and Marie Wannemacher and the late Sylvester Odenweller.
A reception was held at the Knights of Columbus in Lima.
Following two days in Rome, Italy, then a 7-day Mediterranean cruise stopping in Sorrento, Italy; Tunisia, North Africa; Barcelona, Spain; Tuscany, Italy, the couple resides in San Antonio, Texas.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Fairborn High School and a 2009 graduate of Ohio Northern University, with a doctor of pharmacy degree. She is employed as an active duty Captain, pharmacist, in the US Air Force.
The groom is 2000 graduate of St. John’s High School and a 2006 graduate of Wright State University, with a bachelor’s of science and electrical engineering degree. He is an independent engineering consultant.
