The following individuals appeared Tuesday before Judge Charles Steele in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court: 
Curtis Matthew Boroff, 29, Dayton, was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to a charge of non-support of dependents, a felony of the fifth degree.
