Juveniles arrested

Delphos Police were called to the 900 block of Elida Avenue at 5:07 p.m. Friday in reference to some suspicious activity.
Upon officers’ arrival, they located two juveniles in the area of a business in that area. Upon speaking with the subjects, it was found that they were in possession of items that did not belong to them.
The juveniles were later released to family members and the case is under further investigation.

Charges pending on dog owner

Delphos Police were called to the 1000 block of North Main Street at 6:01 p.m. Thursday in reference to a dog running at large, upon officers arriving in the area they observed the dog to be running free.
The owner of the dog was not at the residence but a family member was located and secured the dog.
Charges will be filed into Lima Municipal Court for the dog running free.

 

Police probe burglary

the 1000 block of North Main Street at 8:09 p.m. on Thursday in reference to a burglary complaint.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that someone had gained entry into the victim’s residence and had taken personal items.
