ALLEN COUNTY — Bob Cupp garnered nearly 59 percent of the Republic vote in Allen County for the Fourth District State Representative nod for November’s General election.
Cupp defeated Kurt Neeper 5,653 to 3,930.
Cupp has a unique range of experience. He served as Lima City prosecutor, an Allen County commissioner, is a former State Senate President Pro Tem and most recently served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
He is also a life-long Allen County resident and grew up working on his family’s farm.
He has been a visiting professor of Applied Civics at Ohio Northern University and has engaged in the practice of law for 25 years gaining experience as a private business owner.
