Device used to enter locked vehicles

the 400 block of West Sixth at 7:29 a.m. Wednesday in reference where two vehicles had been entered and items stolen. 
The first victim  reported when she returned to her vehicle at 7:29 a.m., she discovered binoculars and her purse in the bed of the truck. When she checked her purse, she discovered an undisclosed amount of cash missing. 
The second victim from the same address discovered at the same time an unknown subject(s) had entered her vehicle and stole an “in-dash” dual CD & MP3 player. 
Both vehicles were locked and it appeared the subject(s) used some type of device to enter the vehicles as there were marks on the vehicles.

 

Man arrested on 2 outstanding warrants

Delphos Police officers came in contact with Heath Wannemacher, 21, at 3:33 a.m. today and discovered he had two active warrants out of Lima Allen County for failure to appear/contempt of court/containment of dog violation. 
Wannemacher was arrested and taken into custody then transported to the Allen County Justice Center.

Resident reports house egging

Delphos Police responded to the 100 block of Suthoff Street at 4:48 p.m. Wednesday in reference to a report of criminal damage. 
The victim showed the officer where an unknown subject(s) had thrown eggs on the residence.

 

Stereo, perfume stolen from vehicle

Delphos Police were called to the 600 block of West Sixth Street at 7:23 a.m. Wednesday in reference to criminal damage and theft. 
The victim reported their vehicle, a 1992 Buick had been parked in front of the residence earlier in the evening. It was discovered at 7:20 a.m., the driver’s window had been busted out. When the victim checked the interior it was discovered a Kenwood CD player and a bottle of perfume had been stolen from the vehicle.
