Police investigate vehicle vandalism

Delphos Police were called to the 1000 block of Marsh Avenue at 7 p.m. Sunday in reference on a criminal damage complaint. 
Officers met with the victim who reported sometime Saturday night into Sunday morning, unknown subject(s) had “egged” the driver’s side of his 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix while the vehicle had been parked along the roadway.
Police also responded to the 200 block of South Main Street at 2:21 p.m. Sunday on a criminal damage complaint. 
The victim reported sometime after 2:30 a.m., an unknown subject(s) had broken the passenger side rear view mirror.


Police probe domestic dispute

Delphos Police officers responded to the 300 block of South Canal Street at 1:14 a.m. Monday for a domestic dispute. 
The female half left the residence without further incident.


Bicycles, toys stolen from residences

Delphos Police responded to the 100 block of North Jefferson Street at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in reference to a theft report.  The victim reported that a bike had been stolen from his property along with two toddler size riding toys.
At 11:32 a.m. Saturday, a resident in the 400 block of North Clay Street reported to the Delphos Police Department the theft of a bike from their residence sometime between midnight and 9 a.m.

Man charged with open container

A Delphos Police officer was on foot patrol at 1:35 a.m. Sunday when they observed Adam Wisher, 27, exit a downtown establishment carrying an open container of alcohol.
Wisher was charged with open container in a public place and cited into Lima Allen County Municipal court.
