Woman arrested for disorderly conduct

Delphos police responded to the 400 block of South Jefferson Street at 3 a.m. Sunday on a disturbance call. 
When the officers arrived, they witnessed an intoxicated female outside of the residence in a highly agitated state who refused to comply with the officers’ instructions. 
Cory Brown was taken into custody and charged with persistent disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported to the Van Wert County Jail.

Teen faces curfew violation

While on patrol early this morning, Delphos Police officers came into contact with Jonathon Seman, 17. 
Seman was found to be in violation of the cities curfew and was transported to the Delphos Police Department then turned over to his mother. 
Seman will be cited into Lima Allen County Juvenile Court.

Resident reports credit card fraud

On Monday, a resident from the 1000 block of Rozelle came to the Delphos Police Department to file a police report, saying an unknown subject had fraudulently used the victims credit card. 
The victim was unaware of the theft until the bill arrived. 
The case was turned over to the detective bureau for further investigation.

GPS taken from vehicle

Delphos police responded to the 900 block of North Main Street on Saturday in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. 
The victim reported an unknown subject(s) had entered the vehicle sometime between 10 p.m. on Friday and 6 a.m. on Saturday and stole a portable Garmin G.P.S. Nothing else was reported stolen.

Victim reports damage to vehicle

Delphos police were called to the 600 block of East Third Street  on Saturday in reference to a criminal damaging complaint. 
When the Officer met with the victim, the victim showed the officer where an unknown subject had taken a permanent marker and wrote on the victim’s vehicle while it was parked beside the residence.  The damage occurred sometime after 8 p.m. on Friday and noon on Saturday.

Nets stolen from soccer field

The Delphos Police Department was contacted on Monday in reference to a theft at the soccer fields at St. John’s Annex. 
The complainant reported two soccer nets were taken from the field between Saturday and Monday.
