Delphos Police Officers were called to the 400 block of Harmon Street at 8:44 p.m. Thursday to take a theft report. 
The victim reported property was taken by a relative to the 300 block of South Canal Street. When the victim went to the Canal Street address to retrieve the property, they discovered the item had been stolen.
