MIDDLE POINT — The Van Wert County Outdoorsmen Association closed out its year with several events over the past week.

The following persons were elected or appointed to serve for 2014: President Charles Davis; Vice President Bruce Segovia; Treasurer Tod Stucky; Secretary Ben Price; Trustees Doug Schaadt, John Voltz, Mike Ragen, Doug Kimmey and Bob Baird; Trap Officer Dale Boroff; and Webmaster and Publicity Chairman Chris Wilson.

On Saturday, the club held its annual Pearl Harbor Commemorative Military Rifle Match and on the next day held a Turkey Shoot, which was its final event of the year.

There will be no trap shoots for December and January due to the cold weather.
