COLUMBUS GROVE — Join us for an amazing day of fun, friends and family as we hold a benefit on Nov. 30 at the Columbus Grove American Legion Hall in support of 4-year-old Graci Metzger.
Graci is a strong, brave girl who just underwent her second open heart surgery. She has what’s called “Tetraology of Fallot.” It’s a rare deformity of the heart valve that affects only five in every 10,000 children. Graci underwent her first open heart surgery when she was a month old. Her most recent surgery was an effort to further repair her heart, which is something she may have to undergo again and again throughout her lifetime. With your generous support, we can provide some much-needed relief to this family’s medical bills so they can concentrate on healing.
Events will begin at noon through midnight with activities planned for all ages. Come watch the OSU vs. Michigan game on the big screen. Bring the kids because we have great kids’ activities planned, including a visit from Santa. At 2 p.m., join us to cheer on the Strongmen Team as they compete against each other in our pledge drive. We will also be holding a corn hole and Texas Hold’em tournament. Enjoy some great food provided by Hoyt’s Tavern. Raffles, silent auctions, door prizes and great music will end our evening.
Event T-shirts and entry tickets may be preordered at www.freewebstore.org/graci.
