While on routine patrol at 11:47 p.m. Tuesday, a Delphos Police officer performed a routine traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Elisha Weeden
During the traffic stop, it was discovered Weeden was driving impaired and was subsequently charged with OVI and cited into Van Wert Municipal Court.
