While on routine patrol at 2:19 a.m. today, a Delphos Police observed a vehicle driven by 16-year-old Melony Sunday being driven in an erratic manner. 
When the officer initiated a traffic stop, it was discovered Sunday was driving impaired.
She was cited into Van Wert Juvenile Court on OVI charges and a curfew violation.
