Delphos Police were called to the 400 block of Scott Street at 12:02 p.m. Tuesday in reference to a theft report. 
The resident told police he went to make a purchase and discovered several prepaid credit cards and a bank card were missing from his wallet. Upon further investigation, he discovered money had been withdrawn. 
The investigation was turned over to the detective bureau.
