Residents report damages to vehicles

Delphos Police were contacted at 10:08 a.m. Friday by a subject reporting someone had caused damage to their motor vehicle.
Upon speaking with the victim, it was found the victim had parked the vehicle at a business in the Gressel Drive area and when they returned to the vehicle, the damage was discovered. 
Delphos Police were called to the 700 block of Jennings Street at 11:46 a.m. Friday in reference to damage to a motor vehicle.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that sometime in the overnight hours, someone had thrown eggs on their vehicle that was parked at the residence.

Copper wire
reported missing

Delphos Police were contacted at 4:46 p.m. Monday in reference to a theft complaint.
Upon meeting with the victim, it was found that someone in the past few days had taken a reel of cooper wire from the 100 block of South Canal Street.
The case was forwarded to the detective bureau for further investigation.

Items taken from storage building

Delphos Police were called to the 700 block of North Canal Street at 8:35 p.m. Saturday in reference to a breaking and entering complaint.
Upon officers’ arrival the victim stated that sometime in the past few days, someone had gained entry into a locked storage building at the residence and had taken personal items from inside.

Items missing after friend visits

Delphos Police were called to the 1000 block of Superior Street at 3:41 p.m. Monday in reference to a theft report.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that a family friend had been at the residence earlier in the day and after they left, the victim noticed several items missing from the residence.

Officers catch teens drinking in park

Delphos Police were called to the Waterworks Park at 7:40 p.m. Sunday in reference to a complaint of juveniles drinking in the park.
Upon officers’ arrival, they came into contact with Jeremiah Ross, 16, Delphos, at which time Ross was taken into custody for underage consumption of alcohol. 
Delphos Police also came into contact with Jonathan Seman, 17, of Delphos, at which time officers arrested Seman for underage consumption of alcohol. Officers also found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Semen. 
Both juveniles were transported to the Delphos Police Department and later released to parents. Both subjects were cited into Allen County Juvenile Court on the charges.

Teens cited for curfew violations

While on routine patrol in the 900 block of Lima Avenue at 3:05 a.m. Wednesday, Delphos Police came into contact with Mark Inkrott, 15 of Fort Jennings, at which time officers took Inkrott into custody for being out after curfew. 
Inkrott was transported to the Delphos Police Department and was later released to a parent.
At 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, Delphos Police came into contact with Alan Dunbar, 16, of Cloverdale and Devon Schoffner, 17, and Brent Binkley, 14, of Delphos, at which time officers took all three subjects into custody for being out after curfew.
Delphos Police were called to the 800 block of North Moening Street at 12:03 a.m. Monday in reference to some suspicious people in that area, upon officers arrival in the area they came into contact with Austin Clevenger, 16 of Venedocia and Derrik Romero, 16, of Spencerville. As a result, both subjects were taken into custody for being out after curfew and transported to the police department and later released to parents or family members.
All subjects were cited into Allen County Juvenile Court on the charges.
