At 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, Delphos Police were called to the 700 block of Bank Street in reference to a criminal damaging complaint at a residence in that area.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that someone had caused damage to the exterior of the residence.
At 6:36 a.m. Thursday, police were contacted by a resident of the 700 block of Euclid Street in reference to a subject known to the victim violating a protection order.
Upon officers’ meeting with the victim, it was found the victim had returned to the residence at which time the subject known to her entered her attached garage and attempted to make contact with the her.
Charges have been presented to the prosecutor’s office for review and possible charges and warrant issued on the subject.
At 8:33 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to the 500 block of South Main Street in reference to a breaking-and-entering complaint at a residence in that area.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that someone had entered their garage and had taken two air conditioners from inside.
