The following individuals appeared Wednesday in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court:
Criminal Arraignments 
Gary E. Coats, 29, Coldwater, and formerly of Ohio City, entered not guilty pleas to three counts of sexual battery, felonies of the second degree; and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, all felonies of the third degree.
