At 11:06 p.m. Tuesday, while on routine patrol in the area of East Sixth Street and Fort Jennings Road, Delphos Police stopped a motor vehicle being driven by Eric Gibson, 22 of Delphos, and found that he was operating the motor vehicle while under a suspension.
