At 6:03 p.m. on Wednesday, Delphos Police were called to the 800 block of West Skinner Street in reference to a domestic disturbance at a residence in that area.
Upon officers’ arrival, they met with the victim who stated his wife, Jordan Ladd, 20, of Delphos caused physical harm to him. He signed domestic violence paperwork stating he wished to pursue charges in the matter.
