At 12:05 a.m. on Friday, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call concerning Kyle Kazee, 29, of Fort Jennings, who hit a guardrail with an ATV on Road R in the area of St. Rt. 190, north of Fort Jennings.
