|Just because it’s winter, you don’t have to be SAD|

Even though fall and winter are my favorite times of the year, I do tend to get a little more down and experience some SAD (seasonal affective disorder). I think because it’s dark so much more and it’s often too cold to go outside. Sometimes I just want to stay curled up in my bed. When I find myself having that urge, I try to think of a project I can focus on. This seems to lift my spirits and without even realizing it, I’m in a better mood.
