Vice President Roger Luersman welcomed Putnam County Retired Teachers and guests to the July 12 association meeting at Putnam Acres Care Center near Ottawa. Scholarship Chair Lloyd Harnishfeger recognized 2012 PCRTA Scholarship winner Jessica Siefker from Columbus Grove. Siefker will begin a double major in early childhood education and special education this fall at BGSU.
Everyone enjoyed a lunch prepared by the Putnam Acres staff and music provided by Charlie Doepker.
