DELPHOS — Delphos City Council will continue to consider rezoning property at 215 N. State St., Lot 903 from Residential 1 to Business 2.
The ordinance was scheduled for emergency passage but a public hearing prior to the council meeting on the rezoning issue raised questions from council.
