DELPHOS — After a lightning delay and eventual cancellation of Sunday’s Tri-County Midget Football Association consolation and finals games, the Delphos Mohawks and Uniopolis Browns met at Stadium Park under the lights Monday night for the title.

With a dominant defense that did not allow the Browns to ever reach Mohawk territory, the Mohawks claimed the 2017 title by the count of 34-0.

There was no consolation game as the TCMFA season came to a close.
